Planning permission granted for new Gadbrook Park development

Planning permission has been granted for a new office/warehouse development within Gadbrook Park, after the proposal had previously been withdrawn earlier this year.

The proposal, developed by Osborne House in partnership with Weaverham-based architects Initiative Design, consists of a two-storey unit split into seven bays, providing a total of 11,144 sq ft of office and storage/distribution space.

There will also be provision for 46 car parking spaces, and facilities for those choosing to commute by bicycle.
