Solutions 24-7 earn top safety accreditation once again

5 March 2021

Hartford-based Solutions 24-7 has once again earned a top accreditation for the company’s dedication towards excellence in workplace health and safety.

The awarding of the accolade, which comes from Alcumus SafeContractor, demonstrates 24-7’s commitment to meeting industry standards and means that they have now held this nationally-recognised kite mark for three consecutive years.

Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises extremely rigorous standards in health and safety management amongst contractors and plays a critical role in Solutions 24-7 being able to continuously deliver nationwide projects and marketing campaigns for clients such as Moto, M&S and Costa.

The accreditation also helps to show prospective clients that the business is fully compliant with Construction Design and Management Regulations, which must be adhered to at all times to ensure projects are planned safely and sensibly with all risks managed accordingly.

The process to ensure that Solutions 24-7 maintained its SafeContractor status was overseen by Health and Safety Manager Emilie Davies, who was delighted when the news came through.

“To be SafeContractor approved for the third year in a row is fantastic news for Solutions 24-7 and highlights just how seriously we take compliance with the necessary health and safety requirements and standards.

“It also means that when we infrequently contract work out we are ensuring that other firms are working to the same standards as us. This involves sending pre-qualifying questionnaires to ascertain skill levels and qualifications, as well as carrying out random site inspections to confirm that the right procedures are being followed.

“The outcome is that our clients receive the highest levels of service whenever Solutions 24-7 is working on a project for them.”

Gemma Archibald, Director of Alcumus SafeContractor, said: “Major organisations simply cannot afford to run the risk of employing contractors who are not able to prove that they have sound health and safety policies in place.

“More companies need to understand the importance of adopting good risk management in the way that Solutions 24-7 has done. The firm’s high standard has set an example which hopefully will be followed by other companies within the sector.”

Formed in 2011, Solutions 24-7 covers all aspects of marketing including Brand Identity & Development, Campaign Design & Management, Destination Marketing, Print & Digital Solutions, Signage & Installations, Merchandise & Promotional Items, Website Design, Photography, Video, PR, Copywriting and Social Media Management.
