The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique for use with organisations, teams, and individuals. LSP is an effective method for exploring complex topics such as creating an inclusive workplace. It uses metaphorical 3D modelling with LEGO ® bricks to help participants articulate their thoughts and ideas. This session allows participants to explore the concept of inclusivity in a creative, engaging way and to develop concrete steps toward creating a more inclusive, diverse, and equal workplace.
We are thrilled to have Maud Duthie - van der Venne and Karen Cregan, who are certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method facilitators to deliver this workshop.
What to Expect:
• Interactive, Hands-On Learning: Engage in collaborative model-building to explore challenges and solutions related to inclusive employment
• Shared Experiences: Hear in a confidential and safe space, diverse perspectives from fellow businesses and learn how they are tackling Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion challenges
• Actionable Takeaways: Leave with practical, creative strategies to make your workplace more inclusive and welcoming.
