We’re delighted to be joined by Aaron & Partners Solicitors as we talk all things legal for new businesses.

Join us to explore a basic Legal Toolkit for Start-Ups, including:

• Business structure (e.g. company, partnership, sole trader)
• Constitutional documents (shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, partnership agreements)
• Terms and conditions
• Employment contracts
• Regulation – including Intellectual Property and GDPR

There will be solicitors on hand to answer questions, and, as always, an opportunity for informal networking with other like-minded start-ups.
