MentorAbility provides a practical one-to-one mentoring service helping young people to build their confidence towards employment. Strong links with local employers to help clients engage in the world of work. The service is available to anyone, including those not in education or employment (NEETs), post-18s and above. MentorAbility has significant experience supporting people who have additional challenges including: • disabilities • mental health conditions, including anxiety and low mood • low self-confidence • low motivation • experienced disadvantage • dropped out of education or work • fallen through 'the gap' Private specialist mentoring for third level students also provided including: Transition to University: managing the demands of University life & academic workload and transition out of University. Enquiries are welcome from individuals, parents, carers, guardians and third-party organisations.
