An amazing line up of Merseyside & Cheshire’s Hospitality Heroes discussing & educating us on “21st Century Hospitality” including lunch.

This half day conference will be the first of a series across the UK to educate, discuss and engage as a Industry and learn from some of the North’s great operators on how they battle the up and down challenges of running their Hospitality Businesses.

The Conference whilst directed at a Hospitality audience, truly crosses over Industry, as our content and speakers are fantastic, as we focus topic specially around People & Place Making in Hospitality.

Our Interview Sessions include:
A Chef’s Life in talks with Paul Askew (Arts School / Barnacle) & Elliot Hill (Chester Grosvenor) – one Liverpool Legend and one up and coming superstar – discussing “Boiling Point”, Chef Recruitment, Skills & how their kitchens are coping and working around these challenges!
A Hotelier’s Masterclass with Marcus Magee (Hilton Liverpool) & Steve Ogden (Chester Grosvenor) – two of the most renowned Northern GM’s discussing challenges around Events, Experience Delivery & talking through their career journeys and what career advice can be given to those with aspirations 
Cities of Hospitality with Izzy Grey (We Love Good Times) & Jay Hynd (The Guide) – two city icons that support Hospitality. We talk about “What a good City Hospitality scene needs. We will also discuss their Good & Bad experiences they’ve seen working with operators over the years.
Restaurateurs Artistry with Jim Dorrington (Artezzan) & Liam Barrie (Plas Blas / Round R’s) – however two golden superstars that can enlighten us on 21st Century and how Customer Expectation in the Restaurant World is Evolving & again what are their secrets to consistent delivery.
