What began with printing a few shirts in her back bedroom has grown into one of Manchester’s most exciting new businesses, already attracting investment and national recognition. A passionate football fan and entrepreneur, Helen launched FOUDYS to fill a gap that no one else was addressing: access to Women’s Super League and international women’s football jerseys.

Helen is a committed advocate for grassroots football. A keen amateur player herself, she launched Manchester Laces after moving to the city from the North East – creating an inclusive space where hundreds of women and nonbinary people; regardless of experience, can come together to play the game they love.
