West Cheshire Women’s Network

Founded in 2013, West Cheshire Women’s Network provides an opportunity for businesswomen to come together.

Co-hosted by Ellis & Co Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce and Cheshire West and Chester Council; the group meet four times a year with a different guest speaker at every event.

Organisers of the West Cheshire Women's Network are gearing up for its first event of 2026!

Our special guest speaker for this session is Helen Johnson, Head of Marketing and Business Development at Aaron & Partners Solicitors.
‘With a positive mindset and an ability to pick myself up, dust myself down and get on with it when things don’t go to plan’ is the way Helen describes her approach to life so far. 

It’s fair to say Helen’s 30 year career journey to date has not been linear. From marketing beginnings at the World’s Favourite Airline to becoming a Partner at Chester’s Top 200 Law firm, via manufacturing, retail and 10 years of running her own business (from scratch, with little prior experience naturally). And of course, navigating a few of life’s personal hurdles along the way.
