Event description
Organisers of the West Cheshire Women's Network are gearing up for its second event of 2026!
Our special guest speakers for this session will be Sian Collinson, and Linda Neill from the Literacy Company, who will lead a session exploring the power of reading.
Linda will share her personal journey with reading, reflecting on how it has influenced her life from early childhood, through her years in teaching, and into her current work at The Literacy Company. She will talk openly about the reading moments that stood out to her and shaped how she views reading.
And then staying on the literary theme Sian will then host a panel of published authors from the Chamber, guiding a conversation about their experiences of writing, publishing, and finding the confidence to put their ideas into print.
As part of the National Year of Reading, Linda and Sian will reflect on why reading matters and share some practical reading tips.
We hope you can join us there!
Co-hosted by Ellis & Co Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce and Cheshire West and Chester Council; the group meet four times a year with a different guest speaker at every event.
