Sealand Industrial Estate

Sealand Industrial Estate is a well established industrial area in Chester. The Estate is 1 mile to the south west of Chester City centre with access from A540, one of the main arterial routes into the city.

In recent years the area has been the focus for non-food retail development and is close to the Greyhound Retail Park, as well as a number of individual retail units including a B&Q superstore.

Location - remain on the M56, past junction 15 until it becomes the A494 to Queensferry. Take the first exit (signposted Hoylake/Chester) and at the roundabout turn left onto the A540. Continue on for 4 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the third turning into Deva Way and continue on through the traffic lights until you reach the next roundabout, take the second exit and continue straight on. At the next set of traffic lights continue on into Bumpers Lane and Sealand Industrial Estate.

The Sealand Industrial Estate is part of the West Chester Bid (Business Improvement District).
