300-year old German firm signs lease for industrial space in Cheshire

A German company which provides machinery and services for the corrugated industry has signed a lease for 8,102 sq ft of industrial space at Premier Park in Winsford, Cheshire.

BHS Corrugated has signed a five-year deal for unit 5 of the business park, which will be used as its new service hub.

The family business has a 300-year history, and employs more than 3,500 people across 20 countries. 

CBRE and Legat Owen acted for landlord Merseyside Pension Fund in the deal. 

Henry Farr, associate director, CBRE, said: "Premier Park continues to attract a variety of occupiers seeking modern industrial buildings built to a high specification and this latest deal to a market leader in its field is testament to the estate’s appeal. BHS Corrugated Ltd will be a fantastic addition to the Premier Park roster of occupiers."
