Chester's Managing Estates Ltd celebrates business award

Managing Estates Limited, in River Lane, earned the title of Family Run Business of the Year in the 2025 Cheshire Business Awards’s property section, held recently.

Director Danielle O’Brien said that the award win nails the ethos behind why the business has been so successful.

She said: “Winning this award means the world to us.

“It acknowledges that our shared values, and the way we work together as a family, resonate with our clients and the wider industry.

With a growing national presence, the business has maintained its focus on transparency, service quality, and responsive communication across its expanding residential property portfolio.

Danielle manages the business with family members Ashley and Chris, who are managing director and director, respectively.

A spokesman for the firm, which manages properties all over the United Kingdom, said the award is reward for the trio building the business together.

They added: “From the very beginning, our venture was built on mutual trust, strong familial bonds, and a collective vision.

“As a tight-knit trio, each of us has brought unique talents to the table, whether in leadership, innovation, or dedication to customer satisfaction”.

“The Cheshire Business Awards spotlighted achievements across the region in areas such as healthcare innovation, cybersecurity, and property, highlighting leadership rooted in community trust and innovation”.
