New Chester Rows Restaurant

A new restaurant and coffee shop could soon be opening on Chester's historic Rows.

A premises licence application has been lodged with Cheshire West and Chester Council for a venue called 'Heavens Up' at 5a to 7a Eastgate Row North.

Applicant Mustafa Cebeci is behind the proposal for the 'restaurant/coffee shop', according to the submitted plans. Both adjoining premises are currently vacant.
