Northwich beauty brand on the up after five years of success

A vegan cosmetic company is going from strength to strength after around five years of success in Northwich.

Beauty Box was set up when the business owner's salon, Beauty Spot, was out of action in the coronavirus crisis.

After around five years of success this business owner, Becky Collins, is to set up a bricks-and-mortar base in Northwich as well as a beauty podcast alongside her business partner, Becki Pearson, in the New Year.

It is after an award-winning year for the cosmetic company which was most recently the winner of the Vegan Cosmetic Brand of the Year at the Manchester and North West England Prestige Awards for 2025 / 2026.

The vegan beauty boxes are all sourced from small, UK-based businesses using nothing but natural ingredients.

They are available as a seasonal subscription on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year.

They are also available as a one-off purchase in addition to other, mystery boxes and occasion-specific boxes.

'Planet Over Profit' is the motto of the beauty brand with big ambitions for the next five years.

"It is also about giving smaller businesses a foot in the door, and for their businesses to grow, not just ours, but for their businesses to grow."
