RSK Update

An environmental, engineering and technical services specialist has snapped up a systems integrator.

RSK Group, based in Helsby, Cheshire, has added Proeon Systems, which supplies industrial grade control and safety services, to its business portfolio. 

The company provides complete control and automation systems incorporating both hardware and software services.

Proeon specialises in solving control and monitoring issues within some of the harshest of environments from nuclear and renewables (offshore wind) to Deepwater subsea for the oil and gas sector.

The Norwich-based business was established in 2004 by Kevin Magee and Eddie Pond, initially as a specialist consultancy business. As it has developed during the years it has a client base which includes National Grid, Procter & Gamble, Shell and Crosswind, along with contractors such as Balfour Beatty and Worley.
