A Berkshire-based provider of energy efficiency and decarbonisation technologies has acquired two of its fulfilment partners in LED lighting and solar PV services, headquartered in Cheshire.
The deal sees Northwich's Cube Lighting and Wilmslow's Cube Solar Installations join Energys Group.
Cube Lighting is a specialist project delivery business with a focus on LED lighting and decarbonisation for both the public and private sectors.
Cube Solar provides solar PV, solar canopy and battery storage turnkey services across the country, with an in-house team of electrical designers, surveyors and installers.
It was recently involved in a major programme of works within the education sector.
Both brands now come under the umbrella of Energys Group, founded in 1998 as an energy conversation consultancy and which has since transitioned into a vertically integrated energy efficiency and decarbonisation provider for the built environment.
