A former Chester market stall holder is preparing to fulfil his dream of running his own restaurant and cocktail bar in the city centre after quitting his job in the bingo industry. For Tony Beverley it will be the fulfilment of a long-held dream to branch out, after the pandemic prompted him to quit his job and become his own boss.

He started by launching the Fresh Pots stall at Chester's old market, enjoying experiencing the camaraderie and sense of community there. But when the move to the new market came around, it became clear to Tony that the best move for him would be to branch out by opening his own venue in the city.
