The Spa at Carden has added to its honours, collecting the ‘Best Spa in the North West’ accolade at the 2022 Good Spa Guide Awards, the 13th regional Good Spa Guide awards.
The winners were decided following internal judging by The Good Spa Guide’s mystery shoppers – called Spa Spies – and an internal audit of its Bubble Rating system.
The Good Spa Guide’s ratings are based on a selection of areas including a range of treatments, treatment rooms and changing facilities, whirlpool, steam room, the quality of staff and therapists, and food. The spa inspector also studied the standard of cleanliness and the overall experience.
