Brewski

The much-anticipated Brewksi restaurant will open in Chester very soon, with a speakeasy bar and 'other surprises'.

Plans for the 'Home of North American comfort food' to open its new venue on Eastgate Street - formerly the Edinburgh Woollen Mill - were first approved in October last year, with the company saying that an 'absolute monster' three-storey restaurant would be on its way to the city centre.

Initially thought to be opening in spring 2023, fans of Brewski, which two other locations in Manchester and Sheffield, have had to be patient.
