Cheshire Business Awards nomination for Managing Estates

A Chester-based property management firm has been officially shortlisted for the prestigious 2025 Cheshire Business Awards, a regional honour that celebrates business excellence across the county.

Managing Estates, based in River Lane near Chester, was nominated for the awards this week, much to its delight.

The recognition comes as part of a wider initiative to spotlight outstanding companies beyond major metropolitan hubs such as Liverpool, Manchester, and London.

Danielle O’Brien, director of Managing Estates, said the nomination is reward for companies willing to take their work into smaller areas and provide a much-needed service for people there.

“Our industry tends to be dominated by large city centre names,” she said.

“Being recognised in Cheshire, our home, is hugely important.”

The Cheshire Business Awards form part of a broader network of regional accolades that span 46 counties across England, from Northumberland to Cornwall and everywhere in between.

The winners of the 2025 Cheshire Business Awards will be announced later this year.
