Cheshire housing trust welcomes new finance director

A Northwich-based housing association has appointed a new finance director.

Weaver Vale Housing Trust, which owns more than 6,500 homes across Cheshire and Warrington, has welcomed Jenny Sinclair to the role.

She brings 17 years of experience in the social housing sector to the position.

Ms Sinclair joins the trust from Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, where she was director of finance and business planning.

She has also worked as head of finance and procurement at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing and as a treasury analyst at Progress Housing Group.

She said: "I’m delighted to join Weaver Vale Housing Trust and my focus will be on ensuring a strong and sustainable financial future, so we can continue to invest in high-quality homes and services that benefit our communities.
