Chester firm Blueoak Estates named Homebuilder of the Year

A Chester based property firm has picked up a top industry award.

Blueoak Estates was named Homebuilder of the Year at the North West Homebuilder Awards 2025, held at New Century Hall in Manchester.

The developer also took home Conversion of the Year for its Centurion House scheme in Chester.

Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates, said: "What a wonderful surprise.

"The overall Homebuilder of the Year is a category that we hadn't entered into, and it is one which is given at the discretion of the judges – making this even more special."

This latest accolade follows Blueoak’s recent win of Property Company of the Year at the Cheshire & North Wales Business Awards 2025.

Mr MacLean said: "We strive to differentiate ourselves in a very competitive industry.

"We want to offer homeowners not only a wonderful space and place to live, but one that comes complete with luxury as standard and is recognised as a sound investment in their home buying journey."
