Chester food and drink hub

'Quirky' plans have been unveiled to convert the rooftop of a Chester city centre multi-storey car park into a food and drink destination with an events space that could be used for seasonal attractions such as a festive ice rink.

The proposed development - inspired by similar London-based rooftop leisure hubs - would cater for 300 people from 8am until 11pm at the top of the Pepper Street car park.
