Chester property firm recognised at regional business awards

A leading Chester based property developer has received prestigious recognition at the first Cheshire and North Wales Business Awards.

Blueoak Estates was honoured at the event by securing the title of ‘Property Company of the Year’.

Hosted by Downtown in Business, the event took place at Chester Racecourse which welcomed 240 local business leaders and professionals for a night of celebrating excellence and growth across all sectors of the industry.

Founded in 2014, Blueoak has built a strong reputation for developing sustainable and design led homes across the North West.

The company continues to operate from its Chester head office, receiving this award in its home city made the recognition especially meaningful for the team.

Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates, said: ““It’s wonderful to be presented with this award and particularly as the first ever ceremony, to be hosted locally by Downtown.

The award reflects on Blueoak's continued success as well as its commitment to shaping modern and sustainable living across Cheshire and beyond.

As the company continues to expand its portfolio, its impact on the regional property sector shows no sign of slowing.
