Chester Sykes Cottages grows portfolio to 25,000 properties

A CHESTER-BASED holiday accommodation firm has expanded its portfolio to more than 25,000 properties across the UK and Ireland, marking an important milestone for the business.

Sykes Holiday Cottages is one of the UK’s leading holiday let agencies and has continued to grow its network of holiday homes amid sustained demand for domestic travel.

The milestone caps a record-breaking month for the company, with more new property owners signing contracts and homes going live on its platform than ever in its history.

Growth has been accelerated by a recent strategic partnership with operator Landal, which added more than 1,200 properties to the portfolio earlier this year in a deal that strengthened Sykes’ holiday park offering.
