Etiré Reformer Pilates Studio celebrates a year in business

THE owner of a Reformer Pilates studio in Northwich is celebrating a year in business.

After taking part in Pilates for more than three years, Sophie Crane took the leap to open her own studio, Etiré, on August 18 last year.

Reformer Pilates goes beyond the traditional form of exercise, which focusses on a person's core by using bodyweight, and involves specialised machines which introduces an element of resistance.

The 26-year-old's Etiré Reformer Pilates Studio, located in Blakemere Village in Sandiway, has become increasingly popular since it opened.
