Former Chester warehouse let to The Padel Club for its latest development

A 37,500 sq ft former industrial unit in Chester has been let to be redeveloped as a new Padel Club facility

Chartered Surveyor, Legat Owen, completed the letting of Minerva House, around one-and-a-half miles from Chester city centre, to The Padel Club.

The venue will feature 10 competition courts, including a unique singles court. All courts will be designed to meet top international standards, incorporating a minimum two metre run-out.

The new facility will elevate Chester’s leisure and wellbeing offering and further diversify the established commercial community at Chester West Employment Park.
