Funding supports £2.5m expansion at Cheshire law firm - private members club forms part of plan

A Cheshire law firm has secured a business loan to support an expansion project which includes the addition of a private members club to provide a dedicated space for clients from across the UK and overseas to meet with lawyers and accountants.

The club, due to open at the end of this year, will feature a selection of services for up to 300 members, including a Michelin-star restaurant, luxury accommodation, an in-house tailoring service, private chauffeuring and lounges.

NatWest has provided a £695,000 business loan to support Hunter Lawyers with expanding their property premises, enabling the business to extend its services and create new jobs across the region.

Alongside NatWest funding, Hunter Lawyers is adding £1.9m to the project, equating to a total expansion of more than £2.5m for the business.

Hunter Lawyers provides specialist legal advice to individuals and businesses across a range of practice areas including employment law, commercial law and family law.

The new premises will support an expanded client offering, including the private members club.
