Guest Chef Series returns to White Horse pub near Chester

The pub's Guest Chef Series has been a huge success over recent years with Michelin-starred chefs such as Tom Kerridge, Angela Hartnett, Michel Roux Jr and Emily Roux, alongside leading food writers and well-known names from across the industry descending upon the venue for evening service.

This spring, the series returns with another strong line-up of chefs from across the UK.

For each event, a visiting chef creates a one-off menu for a small number of diners, with guests seated just metres from the pass.

The format offers a rare level of access, with chefs regularly stepping out to speak with guests, finish dishes at the table and bring diners closer to the experience than a traditional restaurant setting allows.
