H Beauty welcomes popular Chester beauty firm into new home

The owner of a beauty salon which has joined the newly opened H Beauty in Chester has said it is ‘dream come true’.

The Harrods Beauty store – the first in the North West – officially opened on Thursday with a special event to preview what is has to offer on Wednesday.

And now Brow Spa – formerly Brow HQ in Bridge Street – has taken its place in the former and iconic Browns of Chester building in Eastgate Street.

This has left owner, founder and director Leisa Roberts feeling it is ‘like a milestone moment’.

“This next chapter for Brow Spa and our partnership with H beauty feels incredibly special and is a dream come true,” she said.

The move brings Brow Spa’s renowned artistry, attention to detail and whole‑client wellness philosophy into a modern, elevated setting designed to offer clients an even richer experience.

The new H beauty environment reflects the brand’s signature luxe aesthetic, thoughtfully crafted to blend beauty, balance and calm from the moment visitors enter.

Leisa’s business has built a reputation for redefining the brow experience through its advanced techniques, exceptional service and its signature Brow Spa Ritual – a tailored luxury touch woven into every treatment.

The ritual brings together connection, wellness and a restorative sense of calm, setting the brand apart in a crowded beauty landscape.

A spokesperson added: “The entire Brow Spa team has transitioned to the new location, ensuring clients still receive the expert treatments and personalised care they know and love”.
