Healthcare specialist HiSpace adds teeth to its manufacturing operations

Healthcare fit-out company HiSpace has acquired Liverpool-based manufacturer Complete Dental Solutions (CDS).

CDS is a specialist in the design and manufacture of dental and medical furniture and employs around 30 people at its Kirkby factory. HiSpace provides interior design and fit-out services to UK healthcare and veterinary practice owners.

“The acquisition and integration of CDS is a significant milestone for our business,” said Glenn Devenish, managing director of Ellesmere Port-based HiSpace.

“The addition of a specialist manufacturing facility will not only enable us to provide top-quality bespoke cabinetry for our design solutions, it will strengthen our position within the marketplace, which will also benefit new and existing clients.”

The deal was led by KBS corporate director Andrew Dodd.

He said: “I enjoyed working with all parties throughout this deal and wish both CDS and HiSpace the very best in their future endeavours.”
