Licence application lodged for new Chester BBQ restaurant

A NEW casual dining restaurant is set to open in Chester city centre.

The barbecue venue, known as Blue Smoke, has lodged an application for a premises licence with Cheshire West and Chester Council as the business looks to open its doors in Bridge Street.

Licensee Frontier Hospitality Ltd says the restaurant has ‘a focus on fast-service food and drinks’ and will feature a main customer seating area, ordering counter and open kitchen, together with a designated bar/service area.

lue Smoke states that food will have ‘smoke, flavour and serious BBQ energy’ and its menu will include ‘low and slow meats, bold sides and no messing about’.
