New Chester City Centre Hotel Go Ahead

Plans for a new Chester city centre hotel with a rooftop restaurant and balcony have been given the green light.

The proposed development on Frodsham Street, which would see the demolition of the current building housing the likes of Greggs, Poundland, Card Factory and Halifax Bank to make way for a 162-bed hotel with five new retail spaces on the ground floor, was rubber stamped by Cheshire West and Chester Council yesterday (November 8).
