Retail giant Next wants to relocate its long-standing Ellesmere Port shopping park base by moving into the vacant former Debenhams store.

Plans have been lodged for the empty unit to become the Coliseum Shopping Park's 'anchor' store, with the proposed shopfront revamp enabling Next to be the site's 'stand out' unit. A full planning application for the alterations to the old Debenhams store, which closed nearly two years ago, has been submitted by the park owners, The Crown Estate.
