Oakmere Mazda Northwich celebrates first league award win

A family-run Mazda dealership has clinched its first league award win in its 20-year history.

Oakmere Mazda Northwich, based on Manchester Road, took home the Enquiry Management award at the national Mazda All Stars Awards.

The dealership was also named the winner of the 2025 Mazda Dealer League.

Presented by Mazda UK and now in their seventh year, the awards recognise excellence across the brand’s 114 dealerships, celebrating performance in sales, aftersales, fleet, and used cars.

A spokesman for Oakmere Mazda said: "It really doesn’t get much better than this.

"Oakmere Mazda has achieved its first-ever league win, and fittingly, it comes as we celebrate 20 incredible years as a proud Mazda dealership.

"To come out on top across every category is a true testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication of our entire team.

"Family-run. People-first. Customer-focused. That’s the Oakmere way and this award proves the lasting power of those values.

"It’s a victory that belongs to everyone who walks through our doors, from our loyal customers to the remarkable individuals who make up Team Oakmere.

"Special recognition goes to Owen Cookson, who achieved an outstanding milestone with over 210 cars sold; Ferenc Szep, who delivered more than 190 vehicles with his trademark care and attention; and Colin McPherson, quite simply the friendliest showroom host in the business.

"To our customers, our Mazda partners, and every member of Team Oakmere — thank you.

"This is a milestone we’ll cherish, and a reminder of what’s possible when passion, partnership, and people come together."

Awards were given to Mazda dealerships that placed in the top 25 of the sales and aftersales leagues.

Recognition also went to those who excelled in fleet and used car categories.

Nine individuals were also honoured for outstanding performance.
