Plans for new 55,000 sq ft Ellesmere Port warehouse approved

Planners have given the go-ahead for the development of a new 55,000 sq ft warehouse in Ellesmere Port.

Cheshire West and Chester Council approved the warehouse, which will sit in 3.34 acres of land and will include hard and soft landscaping, a service yard, parking for cars, motorcycles, cycles and trailers, as well as refuse storage areas.

It was approved on behalf of Silvershaw Limited, a company within the MCR Property Group.
