Plans unveiled for next phase of Cheshire regeneration schemes ahead of UKREIIF

Plans have been revealed for the next phase of the Chester Northgate and Northwich Weaver Square regeneration ahead of the UK's biggest real estate event later this month.

Drop in events have been arranged for residents, businesses and stakeholders to have their say on developments in Chester and Northwich.

In Chester, the next phase of the Northgate regeneration project marks the first step in a key priority of the Chester One City Plan. The Northwich proposals are for a new sustainable neighbourhood and mixed-use development at Weaver Square.
