An Ellesmere Port-based finance provider has reported a record two years in the modular construction sector, funding more than £86m of projects across the public and private sectors.
SAF Solutions (SAF) was established in 2007, and provides companies, spanning healthcare, green technology, research and innovation, with alternative procurement routes.
Since launching it has funded more than £500m in projects.
In the last two years, the group has seen a significant increase in demand for modular construction projects in the healthcare sector, and has developed a number of finance agreements, including with Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Premier Modular to produce the biggest modular NHS facility to date with the Willowfield outpatients facility at Kings College Hospital.
