A NEW collaboration is helping students break down financial barriers to employment.
A total of 60 students at the University of Chester have each received a £250 grant from the Santander Career Support Awards, designed to improve their job prospects by funding travel to interviews, placement opportunities, professional clothing, and skills development.
The £15,000 initiative is the result of a partnership between the University of Chester and Santander and is delivered through the Santander Open Academy, a global professional development platform.
