University of Chester students win £15k of career grants

A NEW collaboration is helping students break down financial barriers to employment.

A total of 60 students at the University of Chester have each received a £250 grant from the Santander Career Support Awards, designed to improve their job prospects by funding travel to interviews, placement opportunities, professional clothing, and skills development.
