It's becoming harder and harder to tear ourselves away from our screens as handheld devices continue to dominate our lives. Luckily, in the midst of the Cheshire countryside, there's a place you can go to truly switch off.

In a bid to help us disconnect from our devices, two friends created digital detox huts which encourage people to switch off from technology and immerse themselves in their surroundings. Originally starting out in the south, Unplugged, founded by Hector Hughes and Ben Elliot, has now launched its first hut in the north, which is hidden away near Tarporley.
