White Horse Pub

As chef Gary Usher prepares to open the doors of the White Horse pub, if we were to come up with the recipe for success for this new venture, we'd say there's a definite dash of excitement combined with a heady dose of nerves thrown into the mix.

In the capable hands of Gary and his Elite Bistros team, the pub is surely a winning recipe, if ever there was one, but Gary does not take anything for granted. When we call in to see him and have a look round, he remains pragmatic and nervous ahead of opening day on Friday, March 3.
