Chester Business Park

Chester Gates

Sealand Industrial Estate

Sealand Industrial Estate is a well established industrial area in Chester. The Estate is 1 mile to the south west of Chester City centre with access from A540, one of the main arterial routes into the city.

In recent years the area has been the focus for non-food retail development and is close to the Greyhound Retail Park, as well as a number of individual retail units including a B&Q superstore.

At the next set of traffic lights continue on into Bumpers Lane and Sealand Industrial Estate.

Cheshire West Employment Park

A 34 hectare greenfield site combining a range of light industrial, office and commercial activities, located a mile to the west of Chester City centre.  Businesses on the Park include Royal Mail, QHP. B&S Group and Obsidian Offices.

City Place 2

City Place 2 is part of a significant, new commercial Grade A space at the heart of Chester’s Central Business Quarter.  It is adjacent to the Grade II Listed Railway Station and runs along the Shropshire Union Canal.

Winsford Industrial Estate

Winsford Industrial Estate is well established and has a good mixture of property available to businesses, ranging from professional start up business incubator units to large manufacturing, warehouse and logistics facilities.

Leave the M6 at junction 18 (signposted Middlewich, Northwich and A54), turning left onto the A54. Remain on the A54 through Middlewich and continue to follow signs for Winsford. Proceed for approximately 2 miles and at traffic lights, turn right onto Road One, Winsford Industrial Estate.

From the South
Leave the M6 at junction 19, at the roundabout take the third turning on the right joining the A556 towards Chester. Proceed for approximately 6 miles, over roundabout and through traffic lights (signposted Chester and Northwich). Take left hand slip road (signposted Winsford/Middlewich). Continue straight on at next three small roundabouts onto Road One, Winsford Industrial Estate.

The Winsford Industrial Estate is part of the Winsford 1-5 Bid (Business Improvement District).

Woodford Park Industrial Estate

Situated to the west of Winsford, a town with a traditional base for major manufacturing and distribution companies, Woodford Park provides the ideal location for prime industrial development.

The Park is linked by the A54 to junction 18 of the M6, thus providing links to Manchester International Airport.

Wharton Industrial Estate

This 100 acre site is set in outstanding parkland along the banks of the River Weaver and its country park in Winsford. The adjoining by-pass gives quick, easy access to the motorway network via the M6.

Queens Court Industrial Estate

Queens Court Industrial Estate has 10 light industrial units and some retail users (subject to planning permission) of between 1,075 sq ft (99 sq m) to 2,150 sq ft (199 sq m).

The Estate is centrally located near to Winsford Town Centre.

Canalside Industrial Estate

The Oaks Office Park occupies a highly prominent position off Stanney Mill Road, close to Cheshire Oaks and junction 10 of the M53.

Remain on the M53 beyond its terminus onto the A55, and take the first slip road exit for the A51 (signposted Whitchurch).  At the roundabout take the third exit and then first left at the traffic lights onto the A41.  At the next roundabout, turn left and continue on the A41 for approximately 7 miles.  Turn right onto Chowley Oak Lane.

From the M6
Leave the M6 at junction 16, and join the A500 towards Chester.  Remain on the A500 to the A51 and after a short distance, turn left onto the A534, Cuckoo Lane. Remain on the A534 to the roundabout junction with the A41 in Broxton.  Turn right towards Chester.  Take the second left into Chowley Oak Lane.

Clayhill Industrial Park

Clayhill Industrial Park is situated approximately 10 miles from the M56 and 1/2 mile from the A540 Chester High Road. The Park is also within close proximity to Neston town centre and the railway station.

Leave M6 at junction 19, following the A556 (signposted Northwich and Chester).  Proceed along the A556 dual carriageway, following signs to North Wales for approximately 7 miles.  Stay on A556 (do not take the A559 into Northwich).  Carry straight on at the next roundabout.  At the traffic lights, turn left into Gadbrook Park.

From North Wales
Take the A55 towards Chester and come off at the junction for the A51 (signposted Northwich and Winsford).  Follow the A51 to the Tarvin roundabout (approximately 3.5 miles) and take the A54 (signposted Northwich and Winsford).  Proceed up and over the Kelsall by-pass following signed for Northwich and the M6.  Continue on for 6 miles, through Sandiway and over the blue bridge.  At the next two roundabouts go straight on (signposted M6 and Manchester).  After 2 miles turn right at the traffic lights into Gadbrook Park.

Wincham Industrial Estate
