Location - leaving the M53 at junction 10, take the A5117 (signposted Queensferry).  Continue straight over the first three roundabouts. A 34 hectare greenfield site combining a range of light industrial, office and commercial activities, located a mile to the west of Chester City centre.  Businesses on the Park include Royal Mail, QHP. B&S Group and Obsidian Offices.

Location - remain on the M56, past its terminus until it becomes the A494 to Queensferry.  Take the first exit (signposted Hoylake/Chester), and at the roundabout turn left onto the A540.  Continue on for 4 miles until you reach a roundabout.  Take the third turning into Deva Way and continue on through the traffic lights until you reach the next roundabout, then take the second exit and continue straight on.  At the next set of traffic lights turn right and continue on Sealand Road past Wickes and B&Q (on the left).  At the next traffic lights turn left into Chester West Employment Park.

The Chester West Employment Park is part of the West Chester Bid (Business Improvement District).

From the M53 and Liverpool
Remain on the M53 beyond its terminus onto the A55, and take the first slip road exit for the A51 (signposted Whitchurch).  At the roundabout take the third exit and then first left at the traffic lights onto the A41.  At the next roundabout, turn left and continue on the A41 for approximately 7 miles.  Turn right onto Chowley Oak Lane.

From the M6
Leave the M6 at junction 16, and join the A500 towards Chester.  Remain on the A500 to the A51 and after a short distance, turn left onto the A534, Cuckoo Lane. Remain on the A534 to the roundabout junction with the A41 in Broxton.  Turn right towards Chester.  Take the second left into Chowley Oak Lane.

Sealand Industrial Estate

Sealand Industrial Estate is a well established industrial area in Chester. The Estate is 1 mile to the south west of Chester City centre with access from A540, one of the main arterial routes into the city.

In recent years the area has been the focus for non-food retail development and is close to the Greyhound Retail Park, as well as a number of individual retail units including a B&Q superstore.
